SAMUELLE DIMAIRHO
CO-FOUNDER & GROUP CEO
Samuelle Dimairho started his formal career at the age of 15, by trading financial securities on the local stock exchange in Zimbabwe. He dropped out of high school at the age of 17 years old to pursue an idea of automating the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange whilst pursuing a chartered accountancy professional qualification on a self-teaching and part time basis. His vision was to improve the transparency, accessibility and convenience of trading on the stock exchange through electronic technologies and innovations. This led him to co-founding Chengetedzai Depository Company, Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository.

Samuelle co-founded the Aura Group and is the driving force behind the growth and diversification of the Group. His knowledge and expertise in the areas of ICT, Software development, management consulting, property investments, energy solutions and strategic investments across industry verticals are key strengths.
Under Samuelle's leadership and management, the Aura Group currently employ over 100 people in Southern Africa. His entrepreneurial skills have also won him numerous accolades - most notably in 2018 when he featured in the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 List. He was also identified by Africa Youth Awards as one of the Most Influential Young Africans of 2018, awarded a World Economic Forum Global Shapers Youth Award 2018, Junior Chamber International Creative Young Entrepreneur of The Year 2014 and also won the Entrepreneurs Organisation Global Student Entrepreneur Award 2014. He has featured in international media programs from various organisations all over the world for his achievements and inspiration to young people in Africa.
In addition to the above, Samuelle is a member of Rotary International and voluntarily serves as an advisor to the Graduate Development Agency and Young Entrepreneurs Sanctuary Africa, which is an organisation focused on building the skills of graduates and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Samuelle self-taught himself for all his academic qualifications and never entered a single classroom nor had any private tutor as he furthered his education after high school. He currently holds an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant qualification, ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, and holds a Bsc (Hons) Applied Accounting with Oxford Brookes University.
NIKHIL BHULABHAI
CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nikhil Bhulabhai is an accomplished, diverse entrepreneur and business professional with over 25 years of international exposure and rich experience in developing start-ups as well as creating value in business marketing, distribution, operations, management and leadership. Having started his entrepreneurial journey in 1992 with the establishment of an IT distribution company in Zimbabwe, Nikhil has since gone on to achieve considerable success in different countries and industries - most notably in energy, infrastructure, finance, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, telecommunications, marketing and E-commerce.

Nikhil co-founded the Aura Group and has been instrumental in the growth and diversification of the Group over time. Specialising in investments and strategically growing businesses, his main interests lie in infrastructure developments within Africa, global ICT solutions, mining and manufacturing. Nikhil's well rounded business acumen combined with global experience have seen him lead the Aura Group from it's humble beginnings to where it is today.
Nikhil also holds specific qualifications in business, operations and project management, with further qualifications in telecommunications and ICT. In recent years he has spearheaded significant local projects including a solar tower project in Zimbabwe (which he co-founded); whereas he also promoted the National Depository, the Zimbabwean Commodities Exchange, as well as a National Digitization and Archiving project. More recently he was enlisted onto the Board of CBZ Bank Zimbabwe - the largest financial service provide in the country.
