Velmenni Technology
Velmenni, established in 2012 in India is pioneering light communication technology, focusing on Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) solutions. Unlike traditional Wi-Fi, Li-Fi uses visible light to transmit data, providing a high-speed and secure alternative. Velmenni has demonstrated its leadership in this field through partnerships with entities like the Indian Navy and various telecom operators, and by developing versatile products such as LC-Lync, LiFiOne, and underwater communication systems.
The company is now a technical partner of Aura Group, which is exploring the use of Li-Fi technology to enhance connectivity in Zimbabwe. Aura Group aims to leverage Velmenni's expertise to introduce innovative, light-based communication solutions that can complement Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite services. This partnership focuses on deploying Li-Fi in public sector applications and urban settings, improving data transmission where traditional wireless solutions may face limitations due to spectrum congestion and electromagnetic interference.
Li-Fi technology, which uses light to transmit data, provides a high-speed, secure alternative to traditional Wi-Fi, utilizing the visible light spectrum for data communication. Velmenni stands out as a significant innovator in this domain, developing Li-Fi solutions that have found applications in diverse sectors including defense, telecommunications, and smart city projects. Key features of Velmenni's Li-Fi technology include its immunity to electromagnetic interference, potential for high data rates, and enhanced security.

Fiscal Revenue Solutions, a business unit of Aura Group, provide a world class service for VAT registered companies in Zimbabwe requiring fiscal devices. In 2010 fiscal devices were made mandatory for businesses that met the turnover threshold requirements.
The company was set up to address a market opportunity that distinctly required an understanding of technology supply chains and distribution, project administration, Information and Communication Technology expertise and after sales support. Adopting a three-phased approach the machines were rolled out country-wide in a relatively short period of time.
Our partners in this venture have several fiscal device types that cater to the type and size of businesses. In addition, we are currently also to provide a software-based support and solutions on fiscal machines that are cost effective and affordable to businesses.
